It took making two other OOC threads to realize that I didn't actually have a traditional OOC thread, filled with the usual things like a plot and rules and whatnot, so here's a rather late addition to the burgeoning number of threads in this section. I will likely add more tabs as I go but for now, this will be edited. Eventually, though goodness knows when 'eventually' is, this will be complete and we will finally dig into the real IC stuff.

Until then, feel free to post and chatter to your heart's content whenever you'd like.
